Msechu obtained his Kilimanjaro guide license in 2008 and successfully guided many climbers to the top of Kilimanjaro. Nowadays, being the co-owner of Local Moshi he enjoys welcoming our guests to Tanzania. He is deeply committed to the well-being of our climbers and crew and his warm and sunny personality is enjoyed by guests and crew alike.

Born and raised in Arusha, Salum received his Safari license at the Arusha Wildlife College in 1996. His natural instinct and excellent vision allow him to notice the slightest movement alongside the road, making him an outstanding safari guide.
